Tips on Writing a Letter to Speak Your Mind

Thursday, August 5th, 2010

My “Successful with Words,” column in The Big Blend Magazine this month covers writing a letter to speak your mind.

It has a lot of tips that I think you’ll find beneficial. I forgot to mention the importance of not using email slang or abbreviations. They are not always clear to the sender and they show you are short-cutting the importance of what you are trying to get across.

That may seem to be a generational issue. But nonetheless, it is true.

Here is the link. I hope you like the column.

Success Tip & Column –Be an Expert

Friday, February 26th, 2010

This month my Successful With Words column in The Big Blend Magazine focuses on building an “expert platform.”

Many may not feel they are an expert, but you need to be if you want referrals. Others feel they have a great deal of expertise to offer and not sure where to start.

Successful with Words, Do You Have an Expert Platform? can help.

Please remember, that I’m always eager to hear your comments and willing to attempt to answer questions.
