Success Tip – Quote by George Patton

Thursday, December 24th, 2009

George Patton once said “Take calculated risks. This is quite different from being rash.”

Sometimes when you start writing, if feels risky and it can be risky. Calculate the risk and determine if it is one that is right for you.

Success and Values

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

Maralyn and I recently published a book we titled Success. It was about how to publish and market your book.

Perhaps we could have called it Values. Although we believe in success, our team loves this quote from Albert Einstein.

“Try not to become a man of success, but a man of values.”

Success- Quote for Today

Friday, October 2nd, 2009

The Hill Team likes quotes. We have used various quotes at the beginning of each chapter. But, there are many more.

Success quote of the day:

For the most part, we agree with William Feather who wrote “Success seems to be a matter of holding on when others have let go.”

We also sing along with Kenny Rogers about knowing when to hold em and knowing when to fold.
