This is one of the first illusions we were exposed to many years ago, titled My Wife and My Mother-in-Law by cartoonist W. E. Hill, 1915, adapted from a picture dating back to at least 1888.
When you look at the picture, are you able to see the young woman and the old woman? Which do you see first? At various times, it may be different.
Hint: On the left side, the nose of the old woman is the chin of the young woman.
